The omega seamaster pre bond is quite a rare thing these days at the time when this watch was sold the mechanical watch industry was under tremendous pressure from the popularity of quartz. Its quartz equivalent at the time was far more popular due to its price and accuracy and can be found in plentiful supply on the second hand market. History has taught us that that its often the watches that didn’t sell quite as well when new that go on to become highly sought after in later years.

This particular watch is a fantastic example of this model with one previous owner the watch is all original. The dial and hands are fantastic with the tritium detailing aging beautifully the dial also shows signs of aging with slight texturing evident when put into reflection. The outer bezel shows very slight signs of wear as you would expect from a watch of 27 years of age but is still in fantastic condition.

The watch in the condition it’s in alone makes for a fantastic purchase but with the addition of its original box and outer box, instructions and original warranty card dated 1991 make it a very rare thing in deed.
